  • Worship with Holy Communion

    Sundays at 10:00 a.m.

    Our Sunday morning service includes music, scripture, prayer, a sermon, and Holy Communion ("The Lord's Supper" or "Eucharist"). In this worship service, the Book of Common Prayer shapes our experience as we submit ourselves to the presence of God, seek to understand the teachings and example of Jesus Christ, and leave inspired by the Holy Spirit to be and to do what God calls us to be and do. In worship, we encounter God in prayer, scripture, song, and the sacrament of Holy Communion. And we fellowship together in Jesus' name.

  • Mid-Week Worship

    Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.

    Every Wednesday a small group gathers in Cloud Chapel for a brief worship service including Holy Communion, but without music. This time of prayer allows us to pause in mid-week and reset ourselves in our relationship with God. It also allows for a brief time of rejuvenation and fellowship with one another.

  • Compline via Zoom

    Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.

    Compline is a service of quietness and reflection before rest at the end of the day. The service includes the Confession, the Lord’s Prayer, a psalm, a scripture reading from the Daily Office, a hymn, and a few prayers. (Compline can be found on pages 127-135 in the Book of Common Prayer and can be viewed online.) It lasts about 15 minutes and includes an opportunity to chat briefly beforehand.   • Worship with Communion

    Saturday @ 5:30 p.m.

    Worship on Saturday evenings is a small, friendly, quiet service with no music. It otherwise includes all the elements of our Sunday morning worship experience: prayer, scripture, a sermon, and Holy Communion. Periodically, worshippers will join one another for dinner at a local restaurant following the service.

What is Worship Like at St. Michael’s?

Worship at St. Michael’s is reverent but relaxed, faithfully serious but seriously friendly. Woven together by the language of the Book of Common Prayer, worshippers come in suits or dresses, khakis or skirts, or jeans and t-shirts. We are united by our common desire to encounter God, be inspired by the Holy Spirit, and to be made more like Jesus.
