Uplift

Uplift is a ministry in Kansas City that supports the homeless community by providing nutritious, home-cooked meals. The meals are prepared by volunteers and delivered to the homeless weekly. Volunteers from St. Michael’s prepare meals for the 4th and 5th Mondays of each month. Our Youth Group has prepared meals as well. To learn more visit www.uplift.org.

How can I help?

Volunteer: Volunteers prepare meals in their homes (from provided recipes) and deliver the meals to St. Michael’s in provided containers. Volunteers also ride in the vans that distribute meals to the homeless.
